Femininity and Why the Church Needs You! by Maggie Ness

Hello! My name is Maggie Ness. You may be familiar with some of my podcasts from Heart of Mary. I recently gave a talk at my home parish for a group called Monthly Dose of Grace. The mission of the event is to bring women together to learn more about their faith.

I am very excited to share this talk with you. I’ve been doing identity speaking for about a decade now. Speaking to women about the beauty of their creation is one of my favorite things to do. In this particular talk we use clips from the movie Moana to illustrate who woman was created to be, what happens to her after the fall, and how redeemed woman is called to live now. I invite you to prayerfully listen and ask yourself, “Who is God calling me to be? “How am I called to live out my femininity today?”
